My technical contributions for the job by deep diving inside each job and providing recommendations as well as learning new things

Team collaborates each other and share their experience. Support new members in achieving their goals. Help each other in difficult job situation by providing proper guidance. Appropriate safety & technical trainings were given to newcomers before starting job. On job training & shadowing also helps
