Get corporate to back managers instead of being passive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting the snowflakes to get off their cellphones and get to work at least 6 hours a day instead of 1-2 hours a day they usually do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The older employees can’t get it thru most of the younger ones that there jobs are going out the door,because they want to socialize on their phones and be paid to for it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get dead beats to go to work!!! Supervisors don’t want to rock the boat. Want to be best friends with everyone. Same group of people always having controversy with management. Supervisors do not want to deal with the problems. They say their hands are tied by corporate.
