The pension is competitive and base salary is around market rate
Affordable family medical with access to the world's best doctors has made a crucial impact on myself and family, especially when we were all younger and poorer. 401K match is my favorite now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay not equal across departments
Because people are leaving for +40% raises and I'm working harder than I ever wanted to in my life. If I have to work this hard, I cannot have a family and if I cannot have a family then I don't need this job.
