What do you like best about the leadership team?
Listen to their employees sometimes
New CEO has energy that was missing in his predecessors.
Very supportive without micro-managing. I honestly feel my manager has my best career and development intentions in mind.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are incompetent egomaniacs. The board of directors appear to be incompetent as well. No one seems to care that people are quitting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay not equal across departments
Because people are leaving for +40% raises and I'm working harder than I ever wanted to in my life. If I have to work this hard, I cannot have a family and if I cannot have a family then I don't need this job.

Balance of experience and new learners. Conflicting personalities with enough maturity to fight, make-up, enjoy each other, and have each other's backs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most meetings don't need to happen at all. Their purpose is to give managers something to do and an excuse for why everyone needs to be in the office despite being set up to work from home.
Communication always needs improvement. Adapting to changes without excessive negativity would be ideal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are nice and work hard

The most positive thing about the culture and environment of the company is the introduction of the Business Resource Groups.
The coworkers/peers at FM Global are all great people! We all know just to put our heads down and do what we're told.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more than 20 years ago
I was able to meet with many people and get a good perspective of what it would be like to work here. The company invests in the candidate process greatly as we do think of career employees coming on board. We want people to come in and grow, and stay for their career.
