They claim to care about their employees but suddenly made everyone go back to the office 5 days a week with no flexibility. They advertise jobs as being "flexible" but that is a lie. There is no remote work. The only flexibility is a compressed work week, 4 10-1/2 hour days plus commute.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going home at the end of the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan, good 401k match.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are incompetent egomaniacs. The board of directors appear to be incompetent as well. No one seems to care that people are quitting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most meetings don't need to happen at all. Their purpose is to give managers something to do and an excuse for why everyone needs to be in the office despite being set up to work from home.
