Good company but work life balance has disappeared
20+ years I've felt valued by the co. and truly loved by so many kind colleagues. High-ups are real, approachable, not snobs. FM is keen to develop folks so even cafe work is a proven path up and get a degree. Run from the rare toxic middle mgrs or you could get stuck and miss your dream team.
