People are nice and work hard

The most positive thing about the culture and environment of the company is the introduction of the Business Resource Groups.
The coworkers/peers at FM Global are all great people! We all know just to put our heads down and do what we're told.
Truly kind folks in the ranks and very little classism in the heirarchy. Generally a high trust environment where you're taken at your word and intentions and it's safe to assume the best in others
Used to be a sustainable safe good faith approach to business
There are many perks the company has and an employee centric approach to all benefit and offering decisions...cafeteria, gym, coffee, retirement benefits, career development, etc.
