New CEO has energy that was missing in his predecessors.

Easy to understand, fast to understand you even when struggling to explain something you're not versed in yet. Clearly very busy and hardworking but still accessible, happy to teach, forgiving, quick with praise, and down to earth.

They are incompetent egomaniacs. The board of directors appear to be incompetent as well. No one seems to care that people are quitting.
