They are incompetent egomaniacs. The board of directors appear to be incompetent as well. No one seems to care that people are quitting.

Pay not equal across departments
Because people are leaving for +40% raises and I'm working harder than I ever wanted to in my life. If I have to work this hard, I cannot have a family and if I cannot have a family then I don't need this job.
Most meetings don't need to happen at all. Their purpose is to give managers something to do and an excuse for why everyone needs to be in the office despite being set up to work from home.
Communication always needs improvement. Adapting to changes without excessive negativity would be ideal.
