Follett Corporation Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k matching, Insurance benefits, company holidays

I was given a 12% pay cut when we were purchased by an investment firm. There is no best part about my compensation now.

Flexible schedule and no limits on sick days

Benefits package is strong. Premiums are relatively low

Excellent salary AND life/work balance

Review from Sales Dept

It is competitive with the market

It's fair and its great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No benefits. Executive greed is rampant

Nothing, this place makes me miserable.

Better pay. Nicer work environment.

Undervalued because my position is an afterthought and a catch all. Way too much expected of you for far too little pay. What would make me feel better? About $10-15k more a year at the very least

I have been overworked and feel like I’m constantly spinning my wheels. The pay structure for store employers makes it difficult to want to sta

Greater pay, more support from upper management, ANYONE who cares about conflict being resolved......

If it was livable and I was given more hours. Wasn't because the boss only liked certain people.

The evaluation process apparently isn't to increase your pay, which indicates employees are undervalued. I would feel better if the employees would be valued and treated with integrity.

A cost of living raise

Working full time for yrs without benefits then being replaced by a more underqualified person and seeing them get benefits

Review from Sales Dept

My supervisor/manager did everything to make me-lose eligibility for part-time benefits and then hired their children to work for them. I did the work of three or 4 different managers while receiving cashiers pay and harassed during RUSH and after for four out of the six years.

Comparable positions with other companies pay more.

Management (from the top down) takes everyone for granted. Their philosophy is that they can get anyone to do the job. No one is important.

Only make $8, never enough hours

Review from Sales Dept

No benefits for part time and no full time promotion options
