The evaluation process apparently isn't to increase your pay, which indicates employees are undervalued. I would feel better if the employees would be valued and treated with integrity.

Management (from the top down) takes everyone for granted. Their philosophy is that they can get anyone to do the job. No one is important.

My supervisor/manager did everything to make me-lose eligibility for part-time benefits and then hired their children to work for them. I did the work of three or 4 different managers while receiving cashiers pay and harassed during RUSH and after for four out of the six years.
If it was livable and I was given more hours. Wasn't because the boss only liked certain people.
