We're working on really cool stuff, in an exciting space, and weve got an awesome team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Diverse team of folks who are experts in their area. The leadership team genuinely cares about everyone at the company, while being excellent at what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they're pretty transparent about issues and challenges facing the business and the broader environment. They are also doing the right things to address them and make sure we win.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Same as before, i love the combintation of low-ego + drive to win. Everyone is passionate, but in a good way. You can debate with your teammates, but still go out and do karaoke after!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Low ego / humble team, while everyone is driven to win. We have a ton of people who are excellent at what they do. I dont hesitate to give feedback or receive it because i know they are always focused on "getting it right" more than "being right"
