Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Working at Forethought sometimes requires long hours and can sometimes be stressful and a bit overwhelming because of how fast we're moving. But the people I work with make it all so enjoyable. Everyone is so kind, humble, and hard-working.
What makes you most happy at work?
Celebrating wins both big and small.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Low-ego, able to make mistakes without fear of retribution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of smart people who want to learn from each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really great health insurance, mental health benefits, and very competitive leave policies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team all cares about employees at a personal level. They are all very humble and approachable.

Very quick interview process with interviewers who you could tell spent the time to look at my background.

Co workers who are friends, leaders who care more about my success than their own, building something amazing from the ground up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard not because we're told to but because we have a true sense of ownership of making this company incredible. We also have some of the most intelligent yet humble people I've ever had the privilege to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is not afraid to tell each other how they're feeling because they know it will make us better as a team. They are skilled, smart and work hard. They're also great friends who have my back when things are hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Forethought has pushed me to be my best more than any other role I've been in. They care so deeply about my development that they will take time out of their schedules anytime to mentor, teach or just listen. Its hard work but I've never felt more fulfilled by my work.
