Right now, we work really hard but we do it together. The company is moving extremely fast, but I know the right people are working on creating the right resources and purchasing the right software for our teams to be as successful as possible and truly grow professionally and personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall compensation, health benefits, and perks for a startup and company of this size are really good and better than a corporate company I came from.
What makes you most happy at work?
The future of once we streamline the sales process, building our brand, and helping more companies with genuine AI for support organizations and enabling better customer experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The prior success of our leadership team and how they teach each of us how they got to where they are but allow us to add our own personal touch to the path.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They shared the reality of joining a startup, the expected commitment of each employee to get the company truly off the ground, and were honest about the current bottlenecks. There wasn't any "sugarcoating" of what the reality would be which I very much appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How everyone is very diverse in their backgrounds, but the way they approach problems or topics. We have a culture of speaking our mind as what we feel to be right but always being open to other perspectives. Everyone is also out to help one another versus just themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about me personally and of course, professionally. I know I can count on leadership to do what is right by me and Forethought. I also am inspired by how committed they are to their own success and holding themselves accountable to do more. We work really hard but we have fun.
