What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people are open to listen and adjust current procedure and we all have a mindset of improving and prioritizing the best option. Similarly we are all very generous with our time for one another

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

For some it is involvement, for others it is strategy & comms. It is a shame that we lost some great people on the IC level this past year b/c executive blaming and gaslighting them and PIPing them. Also funny how other PIPs were lifted immediately after some people quite. . . anxiety 4 wht reason?
