Seeing the team succeed and being praised when I do the same!

Nothing really stand out about it. It aligns with most other SaaS providers I feel.

Everyone wants to win, no ego's here for the most part. Scrappy and hard working
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Between them is so much good experience on both the technology and business/sales side! Very transparent and approachable as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here wants Forethought to succeed so having a group effort like that towards one goal feel amazing. Even over Zoom they've figured out a way to keep everyone involved.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Took a very long time to get back to me after the final interview and came in much lower on compensation than expected. Had to haggle to bring things up, which makes you feel less worthy to get your job done.
