In my time at Forethought, the leadership team has done more to facilitate my professional success and career growth than any of my previous employers. The entire AI industry is fast paced and constantly innovating and I am ecstatic to be a part of it at Forethought.

It is abundantly clear that my leadership team knows me and cares about me and my career growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not only does the company have strong values and culture, but, leadership actually cares about these values and works hard to live up to them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is an additional variable component for every employee's salary. This is an incentive to work hard since there is a guaranteed "bonus" available to everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Forethought's leadership is highly intelligent, personable, and understanding. They have lofty goals and high expectations for our company, but have a solid action plan to accomplish every goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can truly own what I do. After a few weeks at the company, I felt that i was 100% trusted in my role and i was confident that my co-workers and leadership believed in me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was rigorous and intense, but everything had a purpose. I was actually hired for a different position than what I had applied for (and didn't know was even an open position) because they tested my skills and discovered a more perfect fit for me in the organization.
