For some it is involvement, for others it is strategy & comms. It is a shame that we lost some great people on the IC level this past year b/c executive blaming and gaslighting them and PIPing them. Also funny how other PIPs were lifted immediately after some people quite. . . anxiety 4 wht reason?

Interviewing here is no joke. Dan has some questions I have never heard of, and I have had friends who I thought were amazing get turned down. That said, they must be doing something right because almost everyone here is very impressive and excellent at their job.

Quicker Response times are needed for Niche Roles.

Took a very long time to get back to me after the final interview and came in much lower on compensation than expected. Had to haggle to bring things up, which makes you feel less worthy to get your job done.
