Q&A With Formstack Employees
Formstack is a remote company, with employees in several states and countries. While, yes, this means 'stackers can work at home in their PJs, it also means we've developed a unique culture that thrives on transparency, communication, and fun. We know how to work hard and play hard from wherever we feel most productive - whether that's on a living room couch, in the Formstack office, or on a beach in Thailand. However, all of this wouldn't be possible without the basic tenets that we live by everyday.
How employees describe working at Formstack
Executive leadership has destroyed this company.
It cant be saved at this point. Misery loved company. The ELT is a breeding ground for fraud and deception. Investors should get out while they can.
Hired inconpetent people who brought in their incompetent friends (and get fired for verbally abusing theur team but try to make it look like they were part of the layoffs *coughs* former SVP of CX *coughs*)
Was truly phenomenal a few years ago, then the CEO basically hired an entire team of executive lunatics who got mad with power and drove everything from culture to benefits straight into the ground.
This company is a lost cause. The executive leadership team is way out of their league anc have driven the once-profitable company into the ground. Abusive executives, hiring friends, and mismanagement of the product are at the top of thier long list of violations. Run!
