What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

In communication, they lack tact and go around announcing things. Important things for them are not important for us workers.

Review from Product Dept

Transparency, recognition, performance management, compensation/incentives

Review from Marketing Dept

Knowing what makes Theorem, Theorem.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

More benefits and bonuses overall

Review from Design Dept

I think I could make more money by changing companies, based off job descriptions for my current role.

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits, particularly health insurance w/ dependent coverage. A better-structured performance plan w/ incentive compensation

Review from Marketing Dept

A more competitive salary will improve moral. TH1 is doing ok regarding employee value but can be great at it by considering competitive salaries for employees or contractors who have spent at least one year on with the team.

Review from Engineering Dept

I often see job postings for my position at different companies for a higher wage. I often hear peers mention the same. We claim to be a white glove shop, which justifies our rates to our clients. But I don't see that reflected in my compensation. I feel I'm below average for the industry.

Review from Product Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Coworkers are great, held to high standards

Review from Product Dept

Most of the talk more than they execute. Strategy and consultancy are great, but on my projects I had to care the bulk of the work.

Review from Product Dept

More respect and more genuine care.

Review from Design Dept

One coworker is not meeting expectations as far as urgency and understanding of responsibilities

Review from Admin Dept

I'm always confused on what I'm responsible for. I can't download infinite context about these projects....and then I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do

Review from Design Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Live by the values. Push each other and do cool stuff. Fewer meetings. Less over-planing.

Review from Product Dept

More transparency between leadership and employees is needed.

Review from Design Dept

We need to invest more time in setting up new projects for success from the start.

Review from Engineering Dept

More transparency. Feel like a lot of changes that take place happen behind closed doors, then we may (or may not) get an email update after the fact. Would be great to be able to contribute more in company wide decisions or at least have some say.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Nothing is going wrong with TheoremOne. The question was, am I excited. I would not describe my experience of starting work as exciting. However, I do like the team and how we are innovating processes

Review from Sales Dept

I dont feel like I fit in. There is so much documentation and discussion, that I feel paralyzed making decisions. I've never felt so creatively limited

Review from Design Dept

Poor research culture. Lack of respect and understanding of product research and data or evidence based decision making

Review from Product Dept

The unprocess process gets old, and that's what I have to look forward too.
