I often see job postings for my position at different companies for a higher wage. I often hear peers mention the same. We claim to be a white glove shop, which justifies our rates to our clients. But I don't see that reflected in my compensation. I feel I'm below average for the industry.

More transparency. Feel like a lot of changes that take place happen behind closed doors, then we may (or may not) get an email update after the fact. Would be great to be able to contribute more in company wide decisions or at least have some say.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong with TheoremOne. The question was, am I excited. I would not describe my experience of starting work as exciting. However, I do like the team and how we are innovating processes
