Mr. Mack Brothers has been the Chief Consulting Officer of Forrester Research Inc. since May 19, 2016. Mr. Brothers is responsible for leading and growing Forrester's global consulting organization, a pillar of Forrester's Age of the Customer strategy. Mr. Brothers??? organization develops and delivers unique customer-obsessed strategies that drive growth. With nearly 30 years of business development and consulting experience, Mr. Brothers is a proven business and people leader. He is highly experienced in a world of duality, driving collaboration between consulting and syndicated research businesses. Prior to joining Forrester, Mr. Brothers held several leadership positions at IHS, Inc., a business intelligence, software and consulting firm. Most recently as Vice President of Industry Services and Consulting, Mr. Brothers led the global consulting team for the economics and country risk service line as well the syndicated research teams focusing on incubating the next large core markets, including Life Sciences, Transportation, Industrial Manufacturing and Construction. Throughout his career, Mr. Brothers has held leadership roles in product management, business development and consulting at Global Insight (acquired by IHS), Wood Mackenzie Ltd., and Cambridge Energy Research Associate, Inc. as well as marketing and research positions at FitzGerald & Co. Advertising, The Adelphi Group, the Advanced Technology Development Center and Duke University Medical Center. Mr. Brothers received a Master of Science in Management degree with concentrations in marketing and information technology management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Bachelor of the Arts in Latin from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee.
