Pay is fair and bonus can be very good some years

401 k so I would always be set

They are decent but insurance isn’t the bes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits are under market value for sure

Start over with qualified people.

Bonus was removed completely when current firm purchased the company

Appropriate pay based on actual skill

There needs to be more vacation days ot personal sick days. Needs to do away with point system.
