Executive team only cares about themselves

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair and bonus can be very good some years
401 k so I would always be set
They are decent but insurance isn’t the bes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are under market value for sure
Start over with qualified people.
Bonus was removed completely when current firm purchased the company
Appropriate pay based on actual skill
There needs to be more vacation days ot personal sick days. Needs to do away with point system.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care for one another, honest and open to listening to others
No teamwork. Everyone is judge and works for its own good.
Everyone is friendly. Maybe too friendly for some.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get a whole new group oof employees who are qualified.
More quality procedures that all need to follow

Team members are a good group.

They should focus on quality and service instead of higher profit above all else

There was a relaxed feeling and interviewer seemed interested in the answers

I was desperate for a job. It’s not hard to get a job ther
Get people who are qualified for the jobs and have a college degree and personal skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work smoothly and efficiently, with all the necessary materials and PPE required to keep myself and my area clean.
Going home after work is done
I like the job I do.

There is no hope for this company as it stands
Need better quality workers people who actually care, do away with point system and work on better incentives.
