You get to interview with multiple parties to gain different perspectives on the organization.

the depth and breath including the assessments and development plans that carried over when i was hired
I was interviewed by a VP in the final round and he was down to earth making me very comfortable and I was really surprised and happy.
Thoughtful questions and engaged interview team that spent the time to get to know me.
Flew me in for a couple days to look around the area to help me make a decision.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the company under current management is hopeless. most management needs to go. but Fortive doesn't care, they just want to take put as much $ as possible and destroy the company Fortive and ASP is a joke
You dont need to subject someone to a days worth of interviews to tell if they're a good fit. You're just waiting time to make yourself feel more important
