Because you allow non-qualified people make very important decisions about how our organization is run and how the budget is spent, like for example, the nuns.
Pay me what this company pays its travelers
Need professional management that is supportive of staff and provide safe nurse to patient ratio staffing.
What would make me feel better about my compensation would be to be paid what I am worth and what my position is worth. Benefits, particularly health care costs are so expensive that a lateral move to another company with good benefits would be worth consideration.
We do not get raises every year. Whether it is based on performance, years of service, or just across the board raises I believe there should be some incentive to staying.
