always willing to teach us .

A true leader leads best through example and I personally do not see any upper management members, nuns and/or ceo's visiting the units or seriously considering any of the employee's suggestions and I work on average 50+ hours/week. Out-of-touch is the term. Leadership is seriously lacking.
They set times aside to sit down and listen to any issues you may have, although you know little will be done. It is nice to have someone listen.

Everything. They need to do there jobs!
Treat every employee with respect and understanding. We should not have to work an extra shift when people call off. Some employees are late, take long weeks off and never obey the policy guidelines. The employee turnover rate is horrible.
Listening, diversity, compassion and care
Staff Retention and paying nurses
Foster better growth and opportunities, let staff have more say in their work, less micromanaging.
I am actually happy with every bit of it
Review from Operations Dept
the benefits are the best part
Review from Operations Dept
Keep paying senior/corporate higher $ and not paying lower management or staff appropriately
If administration would start recognizing us.
Executives don’t care, only about themselv
Because you allow non-qualified people make very important decisions about how our organization is run and how the budget is spent, like for example, the nuns.
Pay me what this company pays its travelers
Collaboration and team work, provide high quality care
team is great the management is BAD
My immediate co-workers are dedicated, hard-working, educated, kind & caring human beings. I am honored to work with such a fine group of people.
We have the best teamwork despite our situation
Work with some strong, hard working ER nurses
Respect needed for one another
Communication, compassion, integrity, equity diversity
Quit worrying about what others are doing and focus on what you are doing. We all work hard
Review from Operations Dept
At the bedside level, culture is good, not supported from senior level and higher. Has become all about money and pushing patients through system.
The company is ran by the nuns
Mindset, giving attitude, kindness, dedication, selflessness
My coworkers and proximity to my home
Coworkers are pleasant. Setting is very professional.
all new management needs to happen
Hire better leadership at lower salary
Be more inclusive, more actually doing things to make us better rather than just top-down emails telling staff we are great when no one thinks things are really that great...
Replace ER manager and CNO
Unsure, its average just as at orher places
interviwer was pleasant but took to long to start employment
Was pretty inefficient with the outsourced human resources department
I went through 2 or 3 interviews. 2 were in-person. Met team.
I shadowed extensively and was given the opportunity to really know what it is like.
Review from Operations Dept
Interviews are discriminating against folks of color
Hire a real ER nurse manager that has experience and is professional.
Helping those in need; patient care.
Review from Operations Dept
When administration hears our complaints and start doing something about it.
Mission vision seeing patients get better
Caring for patients the right way, learning
When we are not extremely busy and short staffed
Review from Operations Dept
This hospital does not want to pay its nurses
With the shift to an enterprise structure things have become very top-down directives, more micromanaging... Also bonuses and raises should not be frozen for employees who are below the median for their positions and performing well. Performance incentives and growth opportunities need improvement.
Quit taking away certain benifits. Appreciate your long term loyal employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Better analysis of where the company is failing and eliminating positions in those areas, not in the areas that are doing well!
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers are nice and it is fairly easy to get time off if you have the PTO saved.
I would love for us to be an equal opportunity employer that is inclusive and more diverse. I would love for all staff to feel like they have a voice and can be engaged. I would love to be paid what I am worth and receive better health insurance.
