Franciscan Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Direct upline is helpful and supportive

always willing to teach us

always willing to teach us .

Review from Operations Dept

A true leader leads best through example and I personally do not see any upper management members, nuns and/or ceo's visiting the units or seriously considering any of the employee's suggestions and I work on average 50+ hours/week. Out-of-touch is the term. Leadership is seriously lacking.

They set times aside to sit down and listen to any issues you may have, although you know little will be done. It is nice to have someone listen.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. They need to do there jobs!

Treat every employee with respect and understanding. We should not have to work an extra shift when people call off. Some employees are late, take long weeks off and never obey the policy guidelines. The employee turnover rate is horrible.

Listening, diversity, compassion and care

Staff Retention and paying nurses

Foster better growth and opportunities, let staff have more say in their work, less micromanaging.

Finance, budget, staffing ratios, management engagement

Review from Operations Dept

Managers should actually do what they are paid to do and not put their job on employees under them and they should treat their employees with respect

Appreciating their experienced and loyal employees.

Review from Operations Dept

Engaging in reality with changing times, bringing themselves down to a level that the every day employee can relate to

Understanding the needs of its employees both at work and outside of work.
