A true leader leads best through example and I personally do not see any upper management members, nuns and/or ceo's visiting the units or seriously considering any of the employee's suggestions and I work on average 50+ hours/week. Out-of-touch is the term. Leadership is seriously lacking.
They set times aside to sit down and listen to any issues you may have, although you know little will be done. It is nice to have someone listen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the bedside level, culture is good, not supported from senior level and higher. Has become all about money and pushing patients through system.

Unsure, its average just as at orher places
Was pretty inefficient with the outsourced human resources department
I went through 2 or 3 interviews. 2 were in-person. Met team.
I shadowed extensively and was given the opportunity to really know what it is like.

Coworkers are nice and it is fairly easy to get time off if you have the PTO saved.
