What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pretty good. Could be better but they do a decent job with employees
They respect us and try to do the right thing. You cannot make everybody happy but I think they are fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to improve Communication and walk the talk when it comes to trust.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Franklin will match your 401k contributions up to a certain amount
Profit Sharing at above market rates plus base rates at market, results in total compensation well above market. I think a number of people who have been here a long time forget what it is like at other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, especially with 401k matching.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us chip in and help each other out.
We look after each other and try our best to help one another
Great people work here, just really poor executive leadership.
Most folks are high performers. Less dead weight than at previous companies I worked at. Generally high levels of competency and low levels of conflict.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like to keep it loose while still getting things done
No one feels like you are short changing work if you are taking care of family issues. Most treat people the way they would like to be trea
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A more positive approach by supervisors to the union workforce, more thanks for a job well done. Improved recognition in the plant.

Staying busy, making quality product.
When a problem arises we pull together and help each other overcome whatever the issue may be
My job is pretty varied which I like. Fixing problems is like solving puzzles - figuring out how to make things work better engages my curiosity. I like having an impact.
The projects I get to work on, the company is willing to approve out-of-the-box approaches.
