Ive been working ar freddys for about 9 months, and just the short time ive noticed how uneffecient the buisness runs. Upper management is constantly on employees backs for things that arent signifigant, employees cant even change anything to their own meal because corporate is so greedy,Unimpressed

Being respected as a human being, rather than a way to make more profits
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work hard, come into work on time, always willing to do more, many times, ive seen people work 2 stations to help with breaks or staffing issues. People willing to work overtime, working extra hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upppermanagement needs to commicate more with staff, and needs to treat employees with respect, and kindness. There's a lack of connection between people, although this company advertises a family environment, i can tell you, its all about profit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the only reason keeping me at freddys, not the pay, not management. My enviroment is only positive because I try to remain positive, a lot of reformation needs to happen before freddys will ever be a good environment
