Management at actual Freddy's are never actually doing their jobs and often try to hide the problems from the owners. Managers sleeping with employees who give no effort, employees acting like managers to people and when reports are done, no actual punishments are given out to the right people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are allowed to use manager pins and often get away with clocking out early, not helping their fellow workers, and bossing others around constantly (especially the men.)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Customers often scream at us and managers will give in often to their crazy demands, and the drama that happens there is crazy, and often exhausting. If reports were taken seriously and managers actually helped their employees it could be 100% a more postive learning enviroment.
