New managers. New hires better training. Fire people who do not work

Fire everyone that is in management and corporate. Favoritism is rampant here at freddys.

Everything is wrong with this company. They do not care about us. Only what makes them more money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were friendly. But the people who hired me have long since quit because the stress and bilr attitudes here at freddys!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make 75 cents above minimum wage and have worked here for 2 years and have gotten no raises in the past year
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fire the employees. Everyone who works here is allowed to steal food make extra food text with glves on make personal calls on the line. Including my general manager
