The job itself is fine enough, not to challenging. That being said the leadership and management treats the lower staff members horribly. They over work their employees as well as degrade them, often calling them useless and a waist of money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be more empathetic and a lot less judgemental, rude, and cruel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are a plus, most being nice enough, but the management play favorites and if you aren't a favorite will degrade you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Holding managers accountable for their their actions and do not allow them to play favorites as well as just training them to treat employees better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually being paid a wage one can live off of would make things a heck of a lot better, at the moment you have to run yourself into the ground just to make enough to maybe cover living expenses.
