The team here for the most part is very hard working and could potentially take on any project or problem and handle it gracefully. Upper management has a problem with praise. There are moments with no hesitation to take credit and steam roll motivation.
Very positive. Unexpected, fast-paced and uneasy at times. But, I am very hopeful for what is possible.
Heavy emphasis on work/life balance. Very flexible vacation policy with tons of paid holidays plus option to occasionally work from home.
Overall very positive. It's a supportive environment full of kind and caring people. Operations needs improvement and the management team could be more effective and could nurture growth more. Management needs to listen to the teams they supervise, compensate more fairly, and model professionalism
