What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Moments that we are allowed to flex our muscles and given trust by those above us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Since the company isn't so big, employees do more than what is expected, but are not acknowledged for it. Compensation doesn't meet market/industry standards, including the additional work put in. Simply acknowledging and fairly paying employees for the work input would go a long way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone works very hard and typically going above and beyond is the norm here. Our compensation does not necessarily reflect that.
