What do you like best about your company?I like working for a firm that is involved in the community and has a reputation as a good value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I'm constantly challenged in a positive way, and the work I do is varied enough to keep me engaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?Our team is a collection of all-stars, but who are also incredible people who enjoy working together and spending time with each other socially.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is a general theme of underinvestment in the business professionals here, and it's beginning to show up in turnover, from entry-level to C-Suite.
