How employees describe working at Front Range Community College

health insurance, retirement accounts and pension

The location and many class offerings is nice. The ability of the staff to execute is not existant. The leads and deans and heads of departments constantly blame each other. The overall leadership is never present.

The college has some talent from prior years. The changes lack transparency, less money and more students in classes. The financial focus has been reckless - spending on international travel and positions not needed (Teaching Excellence Center/DEI) while less instructor experience and pay cuts.

Interest in students and professional development.

Excellent collaboration and help. Once this moves into class assignment and decisions it is cut throat though.
