What is the best part about your compensation package?health insurance, retirement accounts and pension
What is the best part about your compensation package?it is ok, but could be better
What did you like most about the interview process? It was comprehensive and student focused.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership is only focused on retaining students and money. They are not focused on education or developing talent. They rid the best instructors to bring in cheaper instructors. They have several state chairs that do not provide better curriculum, better education or anything.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? They could get to know people and stop being so academic. Discuss the problems that will actually be addressed and stop the facade that there is so much student concern when there isnt by current leadership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The staff needs to show and stop complaining.
