Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is constantly looking for ways to improve the company, both from a financial and cultural standpoint. They are focused on their goals but create an environment where employees thrive.
Great atmosphere and culture. People at FRONTLINE genuinely care about their team and client success, Fun Environment (Amenities/pool table , and more!)
The Leadership Team leads by example - they hold to the same standards as the entire company and participate in all company events. They are transparent with company goals and progress, which allows us to understand how our work is impacting the overall company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is a huge benefit. PTO is on the low side until you've been there a while but I never have trouble getting time off when needed.
My salary is definitely fair for the work I do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Braves game, puck-luck meals, massage day!
Our team is a true team and we not only enjoy working together but also enjoy fun events/gatherings. The way everyone supports each other is unique and makes a huge difference in the working environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People support each other and want those around them to succeed. They adhere to our core values of leading by example, pursuing excellence and aligning with clients.
Everyone works together to build the culture
The consistency of events, gatherings and most importantly, accountability. Everyone is accountable to each other, which is critical for us to accomplish our goals.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I connected instantly with the person I interviewed with and felt immediately comfortable. It wasn't a grilling, but more of a conversation.
