The Leadership Team leads by example - they hold to the same standards as the entire company and participate in all company events. They are transparent with company goals and progress, which allows us to understand how our work is impacting the overall company.
The 401k match is a huge benefit. PTO is on the low side until you've been there a while but I never have trouble getting time off when needed.
My salary is definitely fair for the work I do.
