What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its super Texas Themed, we offer a fair and square deal to all our customers, and everything has an answer!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Pretty standard. You get to meet some managers, they introduce the company at a professional matter, and training is very well thought through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is covered from dental, vision, health, and even 401K. I'm in full control of how much I contribute, and I have full access to my coverage options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The staff is super friendly, everyone is willing to give a helping hand, and the company has great tenure with it's customer AND employees! Definitely the best bank to work for in the state of Texas.

As mentioned before, everyone is super friendly, ready to go out of their way to give a helping hand, and no one has ever said "I can't wait to get out of here". Its truly a place to start a career.
