It's overall interesting work to be doing. Every day is very fast-paced so having supportive coworkers can either make or break the experience. It's been a great environment to exercise new ideas and take on new responsibility.

They're not stuffy! Personable people that you can tell are open to sharing their experiences and developing their people.

The best thing is how supportive they are. Everyone's willing to work collaboratively and they're so smart that it makes working with them enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I feel as though better benefits, like more PTO, if not unlimited PTO (with trust that the team won't abuse it), and a wellness stipend like so many post-pandemic companies are adopting would definitely make me more a motivated employee.
