Listening to employees, investing in them, and creating a better atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is about 40-50% lower than market value. When sharing these figures with leadership i get met with laughter, derision, and incredibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers really care about each other and supoort one another. It is a shame that doesnt go all the way to the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met a lot of people from all different levels and a few from departments id be working with. Gave me a wholistic view of my coworkers.
