What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity in the workplace is the most positive for me. It brings so many different ideas and experiences together, making the company as a whole more mature than others. I feel like I belong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing a lot more things than I thought I would be. My focus greatly shifted from one system to another. I'm happy to help out in various areas where my expertise is needed/challenged but that came with having to also do what I was initially hired for. I would like higher compensation.
