Workload and prioritization of initiatives.

Prioritizing employee's time and energy for important initiatives that will directly impact ROI.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We're all workaholics, by necessity. Too much to get done, too few resources.

Leadership genuinely has holds the best intentions for everyone: employees, customers, and board members.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work extremely hard toward a united goal. There is very little "politicking" within teams and among teams.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Recognition of what I bring to the table and all my past experience aside from # of years in my current role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our dedication to diversity and inclusion. We don't just talk the talk, but we also walk the walk and aim to lead by example in our industry.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We aren't strategizing efficiently. We waste people's time with double work and projects that do not ultimately impact our bottom line. More cohesion among leaders should prevent this.

What did you like most about the interview process?

How many different team members I got to speak with. It took more time, perhaps, but was worth it, because it showed me the range of different personalities I'd be working with!

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to do what I love. When I wasn't feeling fulfilled in my original role at Fuel Cycle, our HR department offered me a position on the team I was most interested in when the opportunity opened up. I couldn't be happier with where I'm at today.
