What do you like best about the leadership team?

Approachable and there is no gap between upper and lower management. Information is fluid and managers are honest.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Honesty and the transparency that managers give us. We know if we're doing bad or good, and this makes me a better employee.

What makes you most happy at work?
