They are, for the most part, the kindest, smartest colleagues you could ask for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There isn't enough vacation time. Burnout is rampant. Base salary is too low to match level of experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are the kindest, smartest, most transparent leadership team on the planet. They care deeply about both clients AND employees. I can't say enough about them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance cost cannot be beat. On several great plans, Fuel Cycle covers all of our premiums. The 100% 401k match up to 6% is a great bonus, too. Further, we get commission, which is unheard of for a research supplier team.
