Kurt Goddard — Vice President of Investor Relations at FuelCell Energy Inc

Mr. Kurt Goddard has been a Vice President of Investor Relations at FuelCell Energy Inc. since April 2010. Prior to joining FuelCell, Mr. Goddard served as Senior Manager, Investor Relations for Terex Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer of construction and lifting equipment where he spent almost 12 years in Investor Relations and other finance roles. Mr. Goddard worked closely with management to increase the Analyst coverage of Terex and enhanced the communications efforts of it through investor presentations, targeted investor outreach and investor oriented website improvements. He was also part of the team that created the Financial Planning & Analysis department and he played an active role in the Treasury group, including trade finance and establishing global cash management systems. Prior to Terex, Mr. Goddard helped to establish global treasury operations for Iomega Corporation, a computer storage manufacturer and began his finance career as a Lending Officer in Commercial Banking. Mr. Goddard holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science -- Business Administration from the University of Delaware. .
