Equal pay to equal work
The best part is that compensation package is that financial growth is possible as long as one sets goals and continues to constantly learn and never becomes complacent.
I've been denied any type of raise after 2 years of not receiving one. I just found out that there is no yearly increase or any type of way to know if we will get increases as supervisors. New supervisors in other areas get payed the same and do less, although I am happy for them, it is discouraging
The wages I feel are not competitive with market. 12.00x40 then x 2 =. Tips are not guaranteed. So after taxes and basic healthcare nothing left for Rent,Food,Fuel,Emergency. This is just my opinion.
Pay stagnates at entry level. No opportunity for raise unless you are a lead, even if you get training in other areas such as baggage claim.
