What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview happens right in the airport, very quick and efficient. They ask you the questions they need the answers to and nothing more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My locational managers, leads, and gm were great people. As a whole they did very well keeping as much of the employees' interest at heart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay stagnates at entry level. No opportunity for raise unless you are a lead, even if you get training in other areas such as baggage claim.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Welcoming and kind people who do their jobs to the beset of their abilities. I know there are many companies that say they're like a family but this one definitely is.
