I used to enjoy working at G2, the management makes it hard to keep that same energy. Performance punishment is where managers put more stress on their top performers instead of asking the rest of the team to meet the standard. This happened to me on more than one occasion. Improvements are needed.

The opportunities are many but the environment is tainted with leadership that maintain positions without producing positive results towards company success.

Working with my coworkers and cultivating an environment that allows key people that are successful at what they do to coach their peers.
